Job Title: Executive Assistant (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 / year (depending on experience)Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Job Description:We’re partnering with top-tier professionals in the Dallas area for Executive Assistant opportunities on a contract or contract-to-hire basis. These roles support C-level executives and require a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. If you're a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and executive presence, we’d love to connect.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to one or more senior executives</li><li>Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare expense reports</li><li>Assist with meeting prep, board materials, and internal/external communications</li><li>Act as a gatekeeper and liaison across departments and stakeholders</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives</li><li>Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)</li><li>Professional demeanor and a high degree of discretion</li></ul> Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
