Position: Executive AssistantPay: $24-30 per hourSchedule: Mon - Fri, 30-40 hours per weekWork Location: In-personWe are looking for an experienced (5+ years) Executive Assistant to a be an organizer for a fast paced technology company. The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support to the business owner on a professional level. Must be discrete, and have a “can do” attitude who is a competent multi-tasker possessing drive to handle all projects with tact and precision. Personal Responsibilities: <ul><li>Must be able to multi-task, spend time on around 6-10 tasks per day and flow from one task to the other with ease.</li><li>Manage and Maintain schedules for the owner</li><li>Confirm appointments and location</li><li>Correspond and communicate (telephone speaking and email written communication skills must be exceptional</li><li>Full email responsibility for the owner</li><li>Will interface with the owner, staff, vendors, clients, and builders.</li><li>Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, loyalty and security measures regarding all confidential matters</li><li>Must be extremely detail oriented and highly organized</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Proficient PC skills (MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), calendaring</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Management: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Personal assistant: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Marketing experience a plus, database management a plus</li><li>Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)</li><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Must be authorized to work in the United States.Benefits:<ul><li>Employee discount </li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>Paid time off at one year for full time </li><li>401k at one year for full time</li></ul>
