<div>The Quail is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. In this role you will:<ul><li>Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California.</li><li>Learn and grow within a strong hospitality operation.</li><li>Be provided exceptional medical benefits and employee discounts on lodge, golf, and dining services.</li></ul> Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Provides professional handling of phones, taking messages, maintaining daily schedule, making travel arrangements, and coordinating special projects on an as needed basis.</li><li>Establish and maintain filing system to ensure continuous and orderly office function.</li><li>Support and assist in the writing of policies and procedures, SOP’s as needed.</li><li>Maintain and coordinate senior management’s schedules</li><li>Conduct research and compile data to assist management in decision-making</li><li>Handle special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned</li></ul> General Requirements <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years administrative work with business writing experience required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills and prior background demonstrating sound business judgment</li><li>A good knowledge of the hotel business and its inner workings preferred or willingness and ability to learn.</li></ul>  Salary: $25.00 - $28.00/per hour</div>
