We're grounded in scripture and guided by our values, so check out our website (<a href="http://www.elevationchurch.org" rel="nofollow">www.elevationchurch.org</a>) to be sure you're aligned before you step into the application process with us, particularly paying attention to our Beliefs and our Code.</p><h1>RESPONSIBILITIES</h1><ul><li>Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of the church and the youth ministry.</li><li>Lead the overall youth ministry on the campus, ensuring all youth groups/events are executed with excellence.</li><li>Oversee all Youth volunteer teams/functions/leaders, including eGroups.</li><li>Identify opportunities to regularly integrate youth into every aspect of the church</li><li>Implement the infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.</li></ul><h1>MUST-HAVES</h1><ul><li>Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)</li><li>Passion for NextGen Ministry</li><li>High-level networking/relational strengths</li><li>Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure </li><li>A team player with excellent communication skills</li><li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability</li><li>Great attention to detail and time-management skills</li></ul><h1>NICE-TO-HAVES</h1><ul><li>Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting </li><li>Ministry training or education</li></ul><h1>DAY-TO-DAY						</h1><ul><li>We're a <strong>Sunday-Thursday work environment</strong>. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.</li><li>There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - <strong>adaptability is a key</strong> competence for us.</li><li>Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to <strong>have some fun</strong>!</li><li>You can't help but grow on our staff.
