They are responsible for working with customers to prevent, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues. As a field service tech, you need to have flexible thinking to solve issues, and an ability to work well with customers. You will also provide training in line with safety regulations for customers.

According to Monster data, the median salary for repair and service technicians is $20.08 per hour, with a reported salary range of $15.4 to $30.84.
