THE JOB A & L Door LLC is seeking individuals with a strong work ethic that thrive while independently working on job assigned work sites. The new hire will work along side the owner or current Service/Installation Technician(s) to gain knowledge and experience for hands on training. This is a labors position that requires a person to be mechanically inclined and without the fear of the use of a ladder or heights. THE REQUIREMENTS/ EXPECTATIONS Our company and customers REQUIRE trustworthy service/installation technicians that have an eye for details. It is imperative that our employees are a reflection of our great standing company ethics and name. It is extremely important that our employees have a good standing driving record in and out of our company provided vehicles. There is no room for bad behavior on or off the road. Our employees must be clear and responsible minded while operating any and all of our company provided machinery. We provide a monthly cell phone allowance in the amount of $40 for the use of your personal cell phone. We ask that you do respect the use of your personal cell phone while driving and while working. We do not want distractions to cause a preventable error or accident. It is important for employees to be on time. We have customers that expect great service and it starts with the greeting at the appointed time frame. Although we are flexible, we do not want to get in the habit of being taken advantage of or poor work habits to effect our company or customers. It is important to communicate any situation that may prohibit you from expected arrival times. THE COMPANY A & L Door LLC is a small, family owned Overhead Door/Operator business. We service, sale, and install both residential and commercial overhead doors and operators and its mechanical components. The owners, Lynn and Amy Frecker, are hands on employees at A & L Door LLC. We appreciate our employees and enjoy working along side our Service/Installation Technicians.
