Daily standups, Weekly sprints, Backlog refinement, and Retrospection are routine every-day ceremonies. In addition, we use the latest collaboration tools like MS teams to ensure the shortest possible turnaround on any new position and absolute visibility on the progress. As an organization, we have adopted scorecards and work on a set of Key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure consistency for our in-time delivery capability and capacity.
