Founded in 1962, Alert Alarm Hawaii is locally owned and operated with over 150 employees. Headquartered in Honolulu, we are the largest security solutions provider in the state. With operations on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island, we protect nearly 25,000 residential and commercial customers.

History

Alert Alarm Hawaii’s service to the islands started in 1962 with two employees. Since that time, we have grown to approximately 150 employees monitoring nearly 25,000 systems.

We have become one of the largest full-service security companies in Hawaii and one of the largest independent security companies in the United States.

We pride ourselves on being one of the few security solutions companies to be locally owned and operated in the state of Hawaii, and the only one to operate our own local monitoring center, certified by both the Department of Defense and Underwriter's Laboratories (UL).
