Alliance Inspection Management, or AiM, is a privately held, employee‐based vehicle inspection company headquartered in Long Beach, California. General management is located in Long Beach along with the company’s Finance, Sales and Operations and Human Resources departments.

AiM is at the forefront of technological breakthroughs that are leading the vehicle inspection industry, including web‐based scheduling and logistics integrated with a customer call center to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. AiM recently developed and launched MarketConnect™.

AiM currently employs approximately 625 employees throughout the United States and Canada. AiM inspectors are employees who use customized software to ensure vehicles and other assets are inspected to a single standard, regardless of location. Using digital imaging, electronic signature capabilities, and real‐time, detailed reporting and assignment tracking software, AiM provides its clients business intelligence that enables customers to make better business decisions.

Collectively, AiM management boasts more than 100 years of experience in key fields such as remarketing, vehicle inspections, fleet management, and transportation and information technology combined with an OEM /financial perspective. We have built AiM into a unique, customer‐focused vehicle inspection company that embraces technology to deliver process‐driven accuracy, consistency, quality, real‐time availability and true, third party independence.

In summary, our vision has been that the mobile third party inspection is a critical element necessary to transform the used vehicle industry into one that incorporates an expanding online component with the existing infrastructure.
