Local applicants with knowledge of South Florida market preferred. • Responsibilities: • Site supervision of high profile commercial interior projects • Daily coordination of vendors (scheduling, scope, quality control, etc.) • Provide support and information to project team (Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Design Team, etc.) • Provide site progress reports, photos, RFI's, etc. for team review • Maintain project schedule • Observe general compliance of as-built conditions with the contract drawings and specifications • Maintain high level of communication with project team • Desired Skills and Experience • At least 5 years of field experience in the South Florida commercial construction market • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Comfortable in leadership role of all tradesman • Proficiency in MS Office • Ability to learn and implement project management and construction software
