We are a clothing brand that is designed and made right here in Los Angeles. We have six stores; Venice, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, San Francisco, Laguna, and Aspen CO. We are very much about community which is why we need our team mates to be available to help us host events before and after store hours from time to time. We like to give back to our community by hosting free in store events like concerts, and yoga. We also have a traveling crew that attends a lot of awesome events with our Pop up shops (Lollapalooza, ACL, and SXSW, just to name a few) Our culture is a 70's vintage inspired, surf, rock and roll, skate, and an overall outdoor lifestyle kind of vibe. We love active people and have the most high quality gear for you to be active in! When you work for us, each month we gift you something to rock on and off the floor. Our team mates should represent our brand in a positive form on and off the clock while wearing AVN! We have a laid back work environment but are very serious about providing the most quality customer service, and a well maintained, neat, and orderly sales floor. All of our stores and clothing styles are designed by our creative founder and owner, Paige. She is a collector of vintage everything, and you will find all six of our prime store locations decked out with her classic surf boards, skate boards, and furniture. Our customers are just as impressed with her store design as they are with her clothing design and softness and quality of the material that she works with. We hear first time visitors say, "Oh my god, I used to ride that skate board when I was a kid! This reminds me of my childhood!" When they touch our hoodies, sweatpants, and Tees for the first time you will always here the same thing, "Oh wow, this is sooooo soft." Guests love to have take a seat on our 70's style couch and stare and reminisce over our walls decorated in record covers from the 60's and 70's. So be prepared to hear stories from another time as our customers gaze into their past. That's a bit about us!
