Bear Automotive

Bear Automotive opened in 1999 in Colorado Springs.  We are a small company and we pride ourselves in our family atmosphere not only together but also with our customers.  We believe in having knowledgeable mechanics who can educate our customers on their vehicles. WIthout the trust and confidence of our customers we would not be the company we are. 

Bear expects hard working employees, teamwork but also the ability to work independently.  We encourage the building of strong relationships with co-workers and the ability to be honest and absolutely insist on having fun at work. 

The most important requirement of Bear Automotive employees is honesty.  Everything else can be taught and improved on!
