Kerry and I started BrightStar Care of Fairfax in 2012 because our experience in obtaining quality home care for Kerry’s mother in 2010 was so very difficult. We were so disappointed in the quality of the care and customer service we encountered that we began to look into how, and where, top-quality home care could be found.
After a number of tries, we found the BrightStar Care approach. We were so impressed with the superior level of customer service it provides that we decided to open own agency here in Northern Virginia.
Our mission is to provide the absolute best care for you and your loved one- a Higher Standard. We will do everything in our power to make sure your experience is the one Kerry and I were looking for in 2010.
