Community Care Center

Community Care Center is a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center, which is devoted to the individual care of each resident. Our ambiance, like our community’s is “small town”. A traditional sense of caring is combined with our standard of medical excellence. We want family members to know their loved ones are being treated with dignity and respect. Our resident’s are welcomed with harmony and love. Through our individualized programs, we take special pride in helping residents regain strength, recover from strokes, cardiac illnesses, and improve mobility after falls and fractures. Additionally, we provide Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy.
