Since our inception as a not-for-profit (501c3) firm in 1997, CTS has arrangednearly4 Million trips. Heis involved with community and public transportation policy on the local, state and national levels for over 20 years.He hasserved as President,Vice President andTreasurer of the Board of Directors of the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA). He continues to serve on the CTAA Board as the elected representative for the Northeast Region.
  • Rex Knowlton, Vice President of Administration, has over 35 years experience in transportation including Executive Director of Wheels of Wellness in Philadelphia. He has held responsibilities for management, operations, development, and fundraising throughout his career.
  • Ms. Donna K. Strigler, Vice President of Operations, has over 25 years of experience operating call centers, developing and managing staff training programs and overseeing comprehensive quality assurance programs.
