The Day Automotive Group is one of the largest automobile Dealer Group in Western PA with 11-franchises in 8-locations scattered throughout Western PA and Northwestern West Virginia. Those brands include: Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, Scion, Volkswagen, Subaru, Audi, and Hyundai. The Day Auto Group has been a perennial National Top-125 Volume Dealer in both Ward’s and in the Automotive News. And most recently, the Day Group has been selected as a Top Workplace by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The Day Automotive Group was originally founded by (the late) Bill Numrich in 1979. Over the years, the Day Group has sold more than 360,000 new and used cars and trucks and is proud to employ over 400 loyal men and women of Western PA and West Virginia. Customer satisfaction and repeat business are the hallmarks of the Day Group and every location features evening and Saturday service performed by factory trained and certified technicians. Today, the Day Group is owned and operated by Bill’s daughter, Debbie (Numrich) Flaherty.

The continual selection of available vehicles for sale throughout the Day Stores is approximates 1700 new cars and trucks with an additional 500+ pre-owned vehicles of all makes and models. Day Automotive is one of the largest fleet suppliers in the State of PA with annual sales in excess of 2000 units to government agencies, daily rental companies, and other commercial outlets. The Day Group supplies police cars and other commercial vehicles to numerous government agencies throughout the State, including the city of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County.

Day Automotive is also a great supporter of civic and charitable organizations, such as: Children’s Hospital, the Alliance against Drugs, Animal Friends, Special Olympics, Cribs for Kids, the St. Margaret’s Foundation, Pediatric Cancer Research, Toys for Tots, Cystic Fibrosis, YMCA, GDADA Charities, Juvenile Diabetes Research, just to name a few.
