The Delta Dental companies in Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, and Tennessee are part of a family of affiliated organizations, which collectively are among the largest dental plan administrators in the nation. In 2020, the enterprise paid out $3.4 billion for dental care for 14.4 million members. Offices are located in Sherwood and Little Rock, Arkansas; Indianapolis, Indiana; Louisville, Kentucky; Okemos and Farmington Hills, Michigan; Albuquerque, New Mexico; Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina; Cleveland, Cincinnati and Dublin, Ohio; and Nashville, Knoxville and Memphis, Tennessee.
