About Employment Office

As a small business owner in 1997, Tudor Marsden-Huggins discovered the challenges of recruitment first-hand. Lost between two polarised alternatives - DIY recruitment or the expensive recruitment agency model - the gap in the market seemed significant. From this need, the idea behind EO was born, promoting a simple yet effective strategy that streamlined the recruitment process and provided clients with a pool of candidates that could be sorted using intelligent software.

After forming a partnership with Susanne Mather to commercialise the concept, the company was created and the pair took the EO solution to the market, one client at a time. Due to high levels of success in Australia and overseas, Flight Centre Ltd purchased 50% of EO in 2008 - resulting in EO proudly becoming Flight Centre Limited's first non-travel related investment.

EO has continued to expand and now has offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, London, Vancouver, Toronto and Cape Town.

EO's vision is by 2020 to be the leading recruitment solutions provider for SME businesses in 8-10 countries, with 2500 Sales and Account Executives across 6 - 7 discinct brands, and profit of $50m
