Hassan and Sons, Inc. was founded in 1996. Since its date of incorporation Hassan and Sons has grown to become a major player in the gasoline retail market of southern California. Today, the organization owns and operates over 90 locations throughout California. Currently headquartered in Orange, California, the company employees over 900 individuals. The Company has franchised with major oil companies including Chevron, Texaco, 76, Shell, and Mobil. The stations are all self-service and contain convenience stores of varying sizes. There are also several car washes offering a range of services, as well as, three full-service garages.
