HotFoot Recruiters, founded in 2009, quickly established itself in the competitive recruiting industry. Founders Matt White, Steve Nelson, and Roy Palomo wanted to create a professional recruiting agency that operates differently from industry competition. The goal for HotFoot Recruiters was and is to create long-term business relationships with clients and candidates through an unparalleled service experience. Our company was founded on the belief that the world is full of extremely talented people that may need a simple connection like HotFoot Recruiters to prove themselves to quality employers. Upon establishment, our recruiters knew how to go above and beyond the basics of the talent search process. Over the last several years HotFoot Recruiters has multiplied its staff and client relationships, proving that even in hard economic times, our recruiting efforts are second to none.
