I.L. Creations

I.L. Creations is a minority and women-owned small business founded by husband and wife team, Steve and Leena Choi. Our founders have over 25 years of hands-on experience in managing food service establishments.

I.L. Creations is one of the fastest growing food service companies in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. We opened our first unit at the Coast Guard Headquarters located on 2nd Street SW in Washington D.C in 1999 and officially incorporated in the state of Maryland as I.L. Creation of Maryland, Inc. in 2000. We started with just 20 employees at one location and have expanded to include some of the largest food service accounts in the D.C. metro region.

I.L. Creations prides itself on providing first-class, quality food, courteous service and a commitment to socially responsible practices. We believe great food is created by selecting the best ingredients, utilizing healthy cooking methods, and preparing food daily on-site.
