Inner County Outreach

Inner County Outreach (ICO) is headquartered in Aberdeen, MD and operates mainly in Harford County. We proudly serve the at-risk population of Harford County, fully accepting our social and moral responsibilities to heal the “breaches” in our community. Our 30 plus years of grassroots service has solidified our position as a leader in the fight against financial, familial, and health related brokenness in Harford County, MD. ICO works diligently to ensure that every resident of Harford County, MD has full access to the benefits of living in this great county. Every family has worth; ICO’s programs are specifically designed to promote the health, happiness and success of all families regardless of their socioeconomic status. ICO was developed to meet the immediate needs of the most destitute in Harford County. As one of the oldest Harford County non-profit organizations, ICO seeks to nurture and develop families and youth. ICO assists them in moving from “instability to stability” and “risk to resiliency.” Our organization provides assistance to our clients in the following areas: Basic Needs- addressing food and shelter deficiencies, Youth Services- filling the gaps in education, mentoring, child care, and residential services and Health and Wellness- issues surrounding health education and awareness. Focusing on these categories of assistance, ICO is able to provide positive outcomes for “at-risk” families and children who find themselves caught in the cycle of poverty. • Mission ICO is a faith based organization that nurtures families by assessing and addressing individual's educational, social, and health needs.
