Headquartered near San Diego, California, our customers include federal, state, and local government agencies; public utilities; and telecommunication carriers. KMEA is a SDVOSB, a SBA certified 8(a) Program Participant, and a California certified DVBE.

Our expertise includes environmental engineering, engineering design and management, and applied environmental and earth sciences. We provide an extensive range of specialized services including geographic information systems, telecommunications infrastructure consulting, and staff augmentation support. KMEA also provides environmental remediation engineering, sustainability services to achieve NET ZERO  water and energy, environmental engineering, natural resources consulting, UXO management, energy consulting, Title I, Title II, and other A-E services for government and public agencies.
