Our TEAM drivers help us to accomplish this because they have dedicated customer routes. As a driver you get to know the customers you visit each week and are the face of Lake Trucking Company to them. 

At our hub here in Leesburg, Florida, we have a 20,000 square foot frozen and refrigerated facility, over 100 years of logistics experience with our dedicated personnel, and the most modern equipment to handle any refrigerated or frozen products.  To accomplish this, we lease our tractors and trailers from a national full service lessor (Ryder).  This twenty-five year relationship provides us with the latest models, well-maintained, and reliable equipment to service your needs.  Through this relationship, we are able to operate our fleet to its fullest capability.  

We are proud of the fact that we have very few delays due to breakdowns on the road. We have a Ryder shop on our property to keep our trucks in the best condition. Plus when our trucks come in we have teams that power wash them outside and in the trailer and an employee that cleans and details the inside of every tractor!

We operate with all “team drivers” so we can meet and exceed delivery expectations.  We transport highly perishable products that have to be to market in a very short period of time.  Our team drivers enable us to drive legally non-stop, thereby providing our customers with an advantage over their competitors. 

At Lake Trucking Company our people are our greatest asset.  Our Chairman/CEO, Ted Brozanski, has over thirty years experience in the area of logistics.  Our Senior Dispatcher, Juan Orona, has been with the company for twenty-seven years.  We have several drivers that have been with us for over 10 years and some even more than 15 years! 

We have recently acquired several new dedicated customer routes adding the need for up to 30 new TEAM drivers to help with the new business. Many of the lanes are NO TOUCH freight just bumping docks and moving on. The new routes will require drivers willing to be out as a TEAM, OTR for 12 to 14 days at a time, then take your 3 days off and do it agian. 

We offer competitive pay and all our drivers are W2 employees. Benefits, including but not limited to, Medical, Dental, Vision, AFLAC, Company-Funded Life Insurance, Teladoc, Tickets at Work, Paid Time Off and paid Sick days. Quarterly Bonuses (including the Phantom FifthBonus) and a Signing Bonus of $2500.
