About Leadership SAISD Founded in 2012, Leadership SAISD’s mission is to inform, empower, and inspire civically minded individuals to become leaders within the public education community. We envision a community of shared responsibility strengthening educational opportunities for all children in SAISD and other Bexar County Independent School Districts.
