Machine Tool Builders is a small but highly talented machine tool rebuilder with a strong focus on the gear manufacturing sector. We mechanically rebuild industrial machinery and integrate new state of the art Computer Numerical Control systems (CNC) systems into the machines to increase their performance, reduce the mechanical content, provide easier maintenance and overall enhance the machines capabilities in the process. We routinely utilize demanding skill sets in the mechanical, electrical, software and fluid power engineering areas to complete a machine design for our customers. We also utilize highly skilled machine builders and electricians to modify and assembly the machines themselves and we need highly talented “mechatronic” startup and debug personnel to power up the equipment and test it fully before delivery to the end customer. While our business has spanned the globe over the years, we primarily serve the North American machine tool markets (USA, Canada and Mexico). Travel is a possible requirement for any position within our organization since our company size demands that we be flexible, wear many hats, and provide a wide variety of skills for any given project.
