MHMR

MHMR Services for the Concho Valley was established in 1966 and is the Mental Health and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority for Coke, Concho, Crocket, Irion, Reagan, Tom Green, and Sterling Counties. MHMR is a not for profit and operates as a unit of local government, and has a Board of Trustees who is appointed by four sponsoring agencies: Tom Green County, the City of San Angelo, San Angelo ISD, and Angelo State University. The mission of MHMR is to offer an array of services and supports which respond to the needs of people with mental illness, intellectual & developmental disabilities, and autism, enabling them to make choices that result in lives of dignity and increased independence.
