Mughal & Associates was founded in 2007 by two experts in the recruitment industry, Tina Engineer-McRae (formerly Mughal) and Ameer (Billy) Mughal. Together, they saw a great opportunity to place strong, top talented individuals and wanted to bridge the gap between professionals and the world’s largest and most prestigious organizations. They began to build an organization that focused on what they called “Service Delivery,” tailoring their services to meet each client’s individual needs by not only identifying key players for every organization, but reinforcing their individual Corporate Culture.
