Individual Career Coaching

RAI has the practical knowledge, professional networks, and a proven tool kit to help individuals design a career plan and attain success in their professional life. Careers many times hit crossroads and finding yourself at that point can be difficult to navigate. If thinking of: transitioning to a new employer, changing to completely new discipline, pursuing a promotion, considering entrepreneurial opportunities, retirement as an option, or have been affected by corporate downsizing/restructuring, RAI will provide the support to see the individual through the transition. In this capacity, RAI works directly for the individual and will customize plan content, duration and corresponding costs.
