Reasbeck Construction, Inc.

Reasbeck Construction, Inc., RCI, is a commercial general contractor based out of Warrensburg, Missouri. Self-performance of concrete construction, steel erection, and carpentry trades all give RCI a competitive advantage in pricing and execution of successful projects. RCI is a non-union shop, but works regularly with many union subcontractors without issue. RCI, a family owned/operated company, was founded in June of 2000 by Kenneth and Suzanne Reasbeck. Together they had a long history of successfully completing government construction projects at various military bases across the United States. At the time of the company’s inception, Kenneth had just completed a multi-year project at Whiteman AFB, MO. Kenneth and Suzanne made the decision that Whiteman AFB would be a good home and a perfect launching point for Reasbeck Construction, Inc. After 15 years in business, RCI has never left Whiteman AFB and only continues to grow its role in the major projects that are completed on the installation. Over the next ten years, RCI, went through vast changes growing successfully and significantly in size and capabilities. For the first several years RCI mainly performed Subcontracting roles on larger construction projects in the area. The trades that RCI subcontracted are the trades that RCI still self-performs to this day. During these years RCI placed thousands of cubic yards of concrete for various projects at Whiteman AFB, ranging from construction of Munition Storage Igloos to foundation and flat work at the upgraded Spirit and Lemay Guard Houses. RCI completed over a 100 projects at Whiteman AFB under various contract methods and for many different general contractors during this 10 year run. While work was continuing on base, RCI gained traction off of the installation with several HUD Government Housing renovations in the surrounding counties as a General Contractor. This set the stage for growth and RCI took advantage of the opportunity. In the last half of the decade RCI completed multiple contracts as a General Contractor for the University of Central Missouri, Industrial Clients, Churches, Municipalities, and many local Private Businesses. Since 2010 RCI continues to accelerate its growth potential. The last five years have added several major projects to RCI’s resume. A few of these projects include: New Club House Facility for UCM, New Community Center at WAFB, New Bowling Facility at WAFB, Security Upgrades at the Weapon Storage Area on WAFB, and Multiple Runway and Taxiway Maintenance Projects. Most recently RCI was selected for a Job Order Contracts in Western, Central and Eastern portions of the State of Missouri. Utilizing this award, RCI intends to build on the past and excel into future growth and opportunities.
