Refresh Dental was established in order to fulfill a need in our markets for professional dental management services. We offer transition and ownership/employment opportunities to practicing dentists. Our dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, lab technicians, support staff, and resource team all play important roles in the management of our practices. The teamwork between our entire team produces great results in providing quality dental care to each and every patient while maximizing each practices earning potential.

Along with our clinical professionals, the Refresh Dental support staff plays a key role in the management of our practices. Our Office Managers and Front Office Team Members help in managing doctor and hygienist schedules, assist with insurance and medical billing, and provide a WOW Customer Service Experience to each and every patient. The teamwork between our entire team produces great results in building patient relationships.

Every Refresh Dental practice is supported by our Resource Team, based out of Canfield, Ohio. This team provides management strategies proved to maximize each practices earning potential. We have opportunities in marketing and advertising, human resources, finance, information technology, recall and reactivation, and more.
