 The  Residence Exchange  is revolutionizing the way we care for our  veterans, aging, and dependent citizens in the United States. We  are the nursing home alternative and ready to build our "mini-cities" throughout the country.  Residents will receive quality care while living in an upscale, resort style community.  We are proud to present our first location as a "Veterans First"  Community!  This simply means Veterans and their families receive preferential access.  Furthermore, veterans, their spouses, children, and other relatives will be interviewed and hired FIRST in many positions.

We  have various opportunities available now and in the future as we work towards our goal of building 300 communities by the year 2020. We cannot do this apart from establishing relationships with multiple professionals in local areas including realtors, medical staff, and special interest groups in place to assist those we serve.   We have removed income restrictions while offering others upscale living at reasonable rates. The Residence Exchange platform is available to transform many areas by creating employment opportunities, improved quality of life, and an atmosphere of special unity with everyone working together for the greater good.

  As many cities are recovering from natural disasters, our attention was drawn to those in facilities who were in life-threatening conditions without immediate assistance.  REX Condominiums has designed an innovative internal evacuation procedure in which our residential units are 600-700 square feet.  This provides the ability to house those in garden-style flat units to "room" with others in higher units during floods.  This is significant in the coastal regions.  We will continually develop living environments that are safe and secure while offering monitored independence.
