SBS Industries

SBS Industries provides fasteners, specialty hardware and complex machined parts to the energy, aerospace and commercial industries. We are both a manufacturer and distributor of the products we sell and have built our business around a relentless desire to exceed our customer's expectations. We pioneered the development of Vendor Managed Inventory systems for fastener applications over 20 years ago. Our entire workforce is committed to continuous improvement through collaboration. We also provides support to customer and supplier improvement events.

In 1975, SBS Industries was established around the principle that customers reward those who help them solve problems. Technical leadership combined with an unyielding focus on the needs of customers fostered the growth of the company's distribution business. In 1985, screw machines were added, and the manufacturing side of the business was established. In 2011, SBS Industries was acquired by the management team through financing provided by Gladstone Investment Corporation. Since the 2011 acquisition, SBS has grown tremendously.

At SBS we think AND is better than OR. As both a Manufacturer AND Distributor, SBS combines expert machining and part fabrication skills with an understanding of how to effectively and efficiently manage an uninterrupted supply of parts directly to the point of use.
