Schoenfelder Renovations is a licensed and registered general contractor in 42 states.   Our focus is renovating, preserving and restoring hotels, retail stores, multi housing and commercial properties.

90% of our work is for repeat customers.    We believe in partnering with our clients to give them great advice and service in maintaining their assets.  

We have strong relationships nationwide with our installers.  We work hard to help them make money on our projects.

 

Together we perform Interior and Exterior Renovations and Capital Improvements.

Interior services include painting, flooring, countertops, FF&E, bathroom updates, VWC, tile, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, electrical refresh, etc.

Exterior services include painting, tuckpointing, sealants, window replacements, concrete, carpentry, siding, roofing, water remediation, etc.
