Slow Dough Bread Company was founded in 2009 as an artisan bread company in Houston, Texas. We make hundreds of different items for every type of foodservice business imaginable without preservatives, artificial flavors, or chemicals. All of our breads contain our own natural culture, and we still cut and shape by hand and let the dough rise slowly, resulting in a superior crust and crumb. We deliver made to order fresh bread on our own trucks in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, and we believe that the service we provide to our customers is as important as the quality of our bread.
