Stadium People

Stadium People is a strategic service division of Innovative Solution Advisors, LLC "Innovative". Founded in 1995, Innovative is a privately-held, woman-owned business, affiliated with one of the largest privately-held professional employer organizations in the United States, AMS Staff Leasing.

Innovative is a Licensed Non-Commissioned Guard Company, registered with the State of Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Board, number B16444.

Responding to the growing need for new innovation in the Events and Entertainment Industry, Innovative launched its signature Stadium People solution in early 2009. Since then, the Stadium People platform has placed over 3000 employees in some of the largest venues in the industry.
