Summit Commons Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a 130-bed facility offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term, respite, dementia, hospice and palliative care. Our professional team of caregivers cater to the needs of our residents.

Summit Commons provides a continuum of health care services not only to the residents of Providence, but also to many other surrounding cities and towns. Our facility is within close proximity to physicians' offices and is minutes away from all major Providence hospitals. At Summit Commons, residents can choose from a selection of accommodations in a homelike environment. All rooms are completely furnished, but residents are encouraged to add their own personal touches. The facility also provides a variety of delicious and nutritious meals, while catering to therapeutic diets. Living and dining areas are well furnished and comfortable.
