Since our launch in 2000, we have focused on working side by side with our clients as a dedicated government IT contractor in order to understand their needs and challenges at a granular level. One example is our unique MARQ methodology, a proven hybrid that allows Agile, ITIL, PMBOK and other frameworks to mesh seamlessly in virtually any project environment.
