The Ventura Group is a company based in Ashburn Virginia focused on exploring opportunities to support US Government contracts at the Federal, State and Local level.

In addition to its work with government, Ventura has a successful history of partnership with commercial companies and their work both here in the US and overseas. Ventura has offices throughout the US and a number of agents abroad and is focused on Information Technology, project management, staffing and event planning.

The Ventura Group has been certified by the US government as a Hispanic owned company and a disabled veteran owned company. Ventura was started in 1995 by Michael J. Sierra of San Antonio, Texas and now has over 200 employee.
