We offer a unique work schedule that allows for two  3-day weekends per month!   We have a full benefit package that includes railroad retirement and a separate 401K and pension plan.   The medical/dental/vision plan is very affordable with a low deductible.    Life & Disabillity are paid for by the company.             In addition we have education assistance, gym memberships and paid professional memberships.
