Trinity Search Group is an executive search firm focused on recruiting exceptional leaders in the construction and real estate industries. We are a boutique firm, bringing over 20 years of combined search experience to our clients and candidates. We purposely limit the number of searches we conduct at any one time in order to provide our clients with the best possible customer service. Our business model allows us to focus our efforts on building lasting relationships and exceeding our client’s expectations. We are market specialists and conduct the vast majority of our searches in the southeastern United States and along the eastern seaboard, but also fill positions in other geographic areas as designated by our clients.
