We are small and we operate a little differently... we don't want to hold a dog all day in a kennel. It is stressful for them to be cooped up so long without food and water and we really do want their grooming experience to be as pleasant as possible so they'll want to come back. We stagger our schedules accordingly to get dogs in and out. We have bathers to help the groomers with whatever is needed. We have an online scheduling system and recieve very few calls to schedule appointments to allow the team to groom with minimal interuptions. We offer competitive pay with tips. We do not micromanage and are looking for candidates who are ready to groom without little supervision.
