Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: Assigned 8-hour shift between business operating hours

Location: Remote (U.S. Residents Only)

Important Requirements

? Minimum 1 year of recent medical insurance experience

? Experience with insurance verification, benefits verification, prior authorizations, medical claims, or medical billing

? High-speed internet with hardwired Ethernet connection

? Quiet, professional work environment

? Ability to work any assigned shift within operating hours

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits
• Conduct benefit investigations and coverage reviews
• Contact insurance carriers regarding prescription and treatment coverage
• Research and resolve reimbursement issues
• Process and review prior authorizations
• Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed
• Maintain accurate account documentation
• Navigate multiple systems while meeting quality standards
• Protect confidential patient information and maintain HIPAA compliance
