We are conducting a search for an experienced Business Development Representative to support growth throughout DC.
This role is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, developing new partnerships, and expanding market presence across the Washington, DC region. The organization is a rapidly growing, value-based primary care group serving senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other post-acute providers nationwide.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary around $95,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living operators, and other post-acute providers throughout DC
Execute territory growth strategies to drive new business development and partnership expansion
Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources, facility leadership, and operational stakeholders
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, facility tours, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities
Partner with clinical and operational teams to support onboarding and ongoing account success
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, account tracking, and market intelligence within CRM systems
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Stay informed on trends within value-based care, post-acute services, and senior living to effectively position services in the market
Required Qualifications
Experience in healthcare business development, B2B sales, or healthcare marketing
Background working within post-acute care, senior living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, or related healthcare sectors
Proven track record of territory growth and achieving sales goals
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Ability to engage both facility-level and executive-level decision makers
Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel throughout DC
Experience utilizing CRM systems and standard business productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling services related to primary care, behavioral health, therapy, telehealth, wound care, or other ancillary healthcare services
Exposure to value-based care models, ACOs, managed care, or risk-based environments
Existing relationships within the DC post-acute or senior living market
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field
