We are seeking a dynamic Project Controls Analyst to join our Electric Operations team in beautiful Oakland, CA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative spirit of in-office days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze project schedules and cash flow/forecast plans.
• Attend project kickoff meetings and maintain updated schedules.
• Monitor financial progress and maintain project documentation.
• Provide regular communication on project cost, schedule, and risk status.
• Prepare performance analysis and cost reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage project documentation and reporting, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support project management.
• Analyze financial results and provide explanations of significant cost drivers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience as a Project Controls Analyst or 10 years of PG&E experience in relevant operations.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Preferences:

• Experience with SAP Work Management, Controlling Orders, and Planning Orders.
• Proficiency in EXCEL, ACCESS, Primavera P6.
• Experience in Project Management, Project Controls, or Construction Management.
• Risk Management and Earned Value Analysis experience.
