Job Description

Our Client, a Retail Pharmacy company, is looking for an Analyst I for their Cumberland, RI/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Tax related Mail Sorting onsite and other administrative items.
  • Helping in company registrations.
  • Payroll Tax Notice research and resolution.
  • Account Numbers research, clean-up and updates.
  • State, Local, Unemployment and federal tax registrations.
  • Adhoc items - as needed.
 
Requirements:
  • Verifyable High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in SharePoint, ADP Smart Compliance.
  • Experience in multi-tasking and strong analytical skills.
  • 2+ years experience in US Payroll Tax.
  • Education:
  • Associates Degree
