Description

We are seeking a well-rounded Apparel Production Coordinator to support our growing brand. This position reports to the Manager of Sourcing and Production and works cross-functionally with Compliance, Design, Technical Design, and Sales to support day-to-day production activities and ensure timely deliveries of quality products.ResponsibilitiesOversee seasonal orders for assigned styles, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.Communicate finalized assortments and delivery requirements to vendors and initiate order placement.Issue and maintain purchase orders (POs) and manage all PO updates in SAP.Communicate with factories, vendors, and internal teams on day-to-day production updates; troubleshoot and elevate production issues. Analyze weekly WIP reports to proactively flag delays or risks.Manage the tracking of required production samples (PP, TOP, etc.)Manage color and print approvals with Production Manager and Design.Partner with the New York QA/Compliance team to coordinate required lab testing.Assist with tracking factory audits and communicate with overseas quality teams on quality updates and inspection results.Approve labels, tickets, and carton layouts to ensure compliance with brand and retailer standards.Monitor material liability and partner with cross-functional teams to manage timely usage.Work closely with the Import team to schedule and approve shipment bookings.Maintain production tracking tools in AirTable.Qualifications7+ years of apparel production experienceBachelor's degree preferredSAP experience preferredExperience working with Costco and Walmart preferredExposure to apparel product costing or cost components within a sourcing or production environment preferredUnderstanding of the product development lifecycle and calendar.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience partnering with cross-functional teamsAnnual salary range starting at $75,000.#J-18808-Ljbffr
