    Description

    Amazon is seeking an Area Manager in Omaha, NE for 2026 recent and upcoming graduates. This full-time, on-site role is located within a fulfillment center or similar operations building. You will lead a team of hourly associates, mentor and develop them to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.The position includes extensive training, opportunities to grow into people leadership, and shifts that may include nights and weekends.
