Exciting opportunity for Assembler Machine Operators at a growing manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, TX. 12-hour day and night shifts available. Weekends may be required.

Leading manufacturing facility known for quality manufacturing.

Shifts are 12 hours: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. Weekends required for most shifts.

Assembly Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $16.50/hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Monday)

• Assemble and package products according to specifications.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality.
• Operate assigned production equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety, quality, and work instructions.
• Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
• Meet production and attendance expectations.
• Support team goals and continuous improvement efforts.

Assembly Operator Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Must be willing to work at least one day of the weekend for most shifts
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
