NOW HIRING – ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERAre you an experienced leader looking for an opportunity to grow with a busy, fast-paced convenience store?Our 24/7 Convenience Store & Gas Station is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team.Qualifications:Previous management or supervisory experience required.Previous convenience store and/or gas station experience required.Open availability is required, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as our store operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year .Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent customer service skills.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience with New York Lottery is a plus.Responsibilities include:Assisting with the daily operations of the store.Supervising, coaching, and supporting team members.Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example.Assisting with store ordering and inventory management.Helping implement and support loss prevention and shrink reduction initiatives.Maintaining merchandising, cleanliness, and company standards.Helping ensure smooth operations across all shifts.If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
